Shipping Process
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are:
- Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-15 business days
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays may affect delivery times.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be applicable for orders above a certain amount, which will be clearly mentioned during the purchase process.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order at the provided address. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
SHE DESIGNS ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 48 TO 72* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through BLUE DART OR FEDEX and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which --Company Name--is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as --Company Name-- continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, SHEDESIGNS reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) to your source account. Wherever seaworthy packing is necessary, it is charged as extra.
